PLEASE CHECK YOUR BOAT
This was the heading in the message we (John Cranwell Ward and Dave Grundy) received from the Rutland Sailing Club office  late yesterday evening – to whom we are grateful for letting us(RCSSC) know and of course, all members of Rutland Sailing Club.

A phone call this morning did confirm our boats are all OK and our dedicated Boat Husband, John Cranwell Ward visited the ‘scene’ this morning and took these pictures.

Whilst a number of smaller boats have been blown over/ off their trailers and some covers have also come some boats – overall damage looks limited.  RSC has advised members to “check on you boats as soon as possible and to ensure that it is adequately secured.”

Our best wishes  to members who’s boats have been damaged.
