Good to be Back Afloat

Good to sail with Mike Simmons on Saturday 19 June 21. We were lucky enough to catch a weather window after all the recent heavy rain.

It was colder than we’d hoped and as you can see we ended up putting on another layer. It proved to be well worthwhile.

We enjoyed lunch aboard and ended up sailing non-stop for nearly four hours!

Mike led on the launching, leaving the pontoon and got a good amount of time back on the helm. He brought us in smoothly to the pontoon and we soon had Satyr recovered, covered and agreeing to sail again soon.

Good to have you back on board Mike. Hope to see you sailing again soon.
